Class 40: 2-Day Retreat

On September 17th and 18th, Leadership Santa Cruz County Class 40 met among the trees for our annual leadership retreat at Mount Hermon Camp & Conference Center. The retreat kicked off with Dr. Geoffrey Dunn giving a political history lesson on Santa Cruz County. The class then heard tips from recent LSCC Alums on how to get the most out of their Leadership year, followed by a hands-on workshop (with Legos!) to develop the future of Santa Cruz County, led by Jeremy Neuner of Rotorhead Partners.

The class continued to bond while ziplining through the Mount Hermon Adventures course and debating current Santa Cruz County statistics. We'll dive deep into each trivia subject over the next nine class days. Many thanks to our sponsors, without whom this amazing program would not be possible!
