Leadership Santa Cruz County Seeks Board Members

Are you ready to make a difference in Santa Cruz County? Leadership Santa Cruz County (LSCC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering community leaders, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Board of Directors!

Who We Are

Since 1985, LSCC has trained over 1,500 leaders through our premier program, fostering connections and equipping participants to address critical issues like housing, education, and economic development. Our board plays a vital role in guiding our mission to build a stronger, more inclusive Santa Cruz County.

What We’re Looking For

We seek diverse, committed individuals with a passion for leadership and community impact. Ideal candidates bring expertise in areas like nonprofit governance, fundraising, finance, or community engagement and reflect the diversity of our county — ethnically, geographically, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support LSCC’s mission and strategic vision.

• Attend monthly board meetings and participate in committees.

• Contribute to fundraising, outreach, and program oversight.

• Advocate for LSCC in the community.
