It is with great pleasure and excitement that we introduce you to Dave Vincent, LSCC’s Interim Executive Director. Dave was our trusted and exceptional Director from 2008 to 2019, and he stepped in as Interim Executive Director and Trainer from 2021 to 2022. In other words, he has a deep understanding of the program and a clear vision for guiding the class day experiences. Dave has established relationships with scheduled and potential speakers and donors. He is also familiar with many of the current class members and their respective organizations. We know that under his guidance the program will continue to thrive and innovate, educating emerging leaders and bringing positive change to our community. Prior to his original tenure as LSCC’s Executive Director, Dave served for 32+ years with California State Parks. His last assignment, before retiring from state service, was Superintendent of the Santa Cruz District. This included the management of all State Parks in Santa Cruz County and the coastal units along the San Mateo Coast. Dave is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with degrees in Economics and Philosophy.
